With multiple commercial infrastructure projects in the pipeline, they are now seeking additional Foreman and Site Managers to join their business in fulltime positions to continue the legacy of project delivery.

About the positions and projects:

We are seeking Site Foreman and Site Managers for projects across the southern suburbs of Brisbane, which consist of multi-level housing and accommodation builds. To be successful in these roles you will require experience as either a Site Foreman or Site Manager and you will ideally have recent experience across Social Housing, Apartment or Commercial Construction. The successful applicants will be responsible for the management of operations on site including the co-ordination of subcontractors and materials along with managing site safety and meeting strict project deadlines. The positions on offer are full-time and locations will vary based on project requirements; applicants must be flexible on travel throughout Brisbane.

What you will need:

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a site Foreman or Site Manager.
• Experience managing social housing, apartment or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding QLD building codes and WHS legislation.
• Proven background managing Tier 2 level construction projects.
• Trade background is highly advantageous.
• Site Supervisor License QLD.
• Builder License (Medium/Open) is highly preferred.
• Diploma or CERT IV in Building & Construction preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with reporting and scheduling software.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and track KPIs across projects.
• Committed to all OHS standards and regulations in the construction industry.
