Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in large-scale residential or commercial builds? Our client is seeking a motivated and capable individual to oversee the delivery of a $ 20M multi-residential construction project from the ground up.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for leading site operations and driving project success across safety, quality, and delivery benchmarks. Reporting to the Project Manager and liaising with key stakeholders, your core focus will be:

• Managing all site-based activities from groundwork to final handover
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
• Overseeing safety, environmental and quality assurance standards
• Managing construction schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Leading site meetings and communication with engineers, consultants, and head office
• Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining positive site culture
• Monitoring progress and ensuring deliverables align with scope

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential or large commercial builds
• Experience with high-rise apartment or townhouse projects over $10M
• Trade background or tertiary qualification (Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction preferred)
• Proven leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid knowledge of QLD Building Codes and WHS Legislation
• Licences:
• White Card
• Site Supervisor Licence (QLD)
• Builder Licence (Medium/Open) – preferred
• Confident in using site-based reporting/scheduling tools
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
