The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on site — ensuring safety, quality, and project delivery standards are met. You’ll lead by example, drive productivity, and be the vital link between management and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities

• Maintain strict compliance with WHS and building standards

• Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely issue resolution

• Communicate effectively with project managers and key stakeholders

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource use

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure environmental compliance

• Deliver smooth project handovers and uphold company standards

What You’ll Bring

• Current White Card and Site Supervisor Licence (QLD)

• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (or equivalent)

• Proven background supervising construction sites or fit-out/refurbishment projects

• Solid understanding of construction codes, WHS, and best practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments and motivate teams
