Our client, a well-established Australian-owned timber manufacturer, is seeking Casual Timber Mill Operators to join their busy Bathurst site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for operating plant and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mill.

Key duties include operating timber machinery, stacking and handling materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and following all workplace health and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a current driver’s licence, a strong commitment to safety, and a reliable, team-focused attitude. Experience in timber or manufacturing is highly regarded but not essential full training will be provided.

• Previous timber or manufacturing experience highly regarded (training provided)
