We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Crestmead. This is an ongoing role offering stability, opportunities to grow, and the chance to work alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting tradespeople in a busy workshop environment

• Using a variety of hand and power tools

• Supporting welding tasks (welding knowledge/experience is essential)

• Following safe work practices at all times

• Contributing to a positive and dependable team environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a workshop or trade-related environment

• Welding knowledge or experience (mandatory)

• Current Forklift Licence(essential)

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

• Safety-conscious with good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
