About the Role

This is a client-facing sales role focused on delivering technical support and outstanding customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for product advice, order management, and customer solutions, working alongside a supportive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring the well-being of customers, team members, and visitors
• Provide technical advice and support across welding, gas, and industrial products
• Effectively manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
• Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
• Identify local market opportunities to support business growth
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders via SAP
• Maintain efficient warehouse and inventory practices
• Support broader branch performance objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail or technical sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine focus on customer service and solutions-based selling
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (desirable)
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, or industrial trades (advantageous)
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a safety-first mindset
