Currently seeking an experienced Trades Counter Person to join their team at their Mount Isa branch. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, with the chance to develop your skills and grow your career within an established industry leader.
- Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
- $36.11 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers entering the branch
- Assisting customers with product enquiries, pricing and availability
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Assisting customers with any issues and providing solutions
- Assisting with stock control and inventory enquiries
- Using SAP for processing orders, invoicing, stock management and customer enquiries
- Branch housekeeping as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, front counter, retail or internal sales
- Experience with welding products and industry is highly beneficial
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
