Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Roles

As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores.

We are currently recruiting for two positions:

Position 1: Canterbury Gardens / Mooroolbark

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
• Approximately 20 hours per week

Position 2: Lilydale / Croydon

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
• Approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying products (lifting up to 12kg)
• Ensuring display areas are clean and products meet quality standards
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers

Ideal Candidate

We invite applicants who possess the following skills and attributes:

• A reliable vehicle and valid Australian driver's licence are essential
• Retail, supermarket, or merchandising experience is advantageous but not required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A well-presented professional with a creative eye for detail
• Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently
