Warehouse Storeperson/Sales Representative - Toowoomba

Our client in Toowoomba is looking for a versatile Warehouse Storeperson/Sales Representative to join their small, positive team. This is a full-time, ongoing position with a clear path to becoming a permanent employee, and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and hands-on work.

The Role

This isn't your average warehouse job—it's a dynamic 50/50 split between serving customers and managing essential warehouse tasks.

On the sales side, you'll:

• Help customers in person and over the phone.

• Manage invoicing and other administrative tasks on the computer.

• Maintain a well-organized product area.

In the warehouse, you'll:

• Assist with loading and unloading for customers.

• Conduct stock takes.

• Handle gas bottles up to 20kg.

• Prepare and tag bottles for delivery.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Essential requirements include:

• A current Forklift Licence.

• Experience with computers for administration.

• Physical fitness to pass a pre-employment medical.

• The ability to pass a police check.

• A few years of experience in a warehouse or yard setting.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (with a path to permanency).

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

• Pay Rate:$32 - $34 per hour.

• Start Date: As soon as possible.
