Weighbridge Supervisor - Gold Coast Region

About the role

Oversee daily weighbridge operations and staff across the Molendinar, Reedy Creek, and Stapylton facilities . Ensure accurate weighing, classification, and recording of all waste streams in line with our client and council requirements . Manage staff rosters, customer service standards, and site safety protocols .

Duties

• Supervise weighbridge operators and admin staff .

• Ensure accurate weigh, classify, and record waste streams .

• Monitor waste types for contamination and compliance issues .

• Maintain correct documentation and regulatory report .

• Liaise with transport, supervisors, and site staff .

• Support site safety, hazard report, and emergency procedure .

Skills & Experience

• Previous weighbridge operations experience required .

• Demonstrated supervisory or team leader experience .

• Experience using weighbridge software (Mandalay, AMCS, or similar) .

• Background in waste management, transport, or logistics .

• Driver's Licence and reliable transport are essential .
